Paradigma Klinis Baru Gangguan Hemostasis Pada Sirosis Hati/Andree Kurniawan
Hepatic cirrhosis is characterized by a major hemostatic defect that comprise platelet-vessel wall interaction (primary hemostasis), enhanced fibrinolytic system and impaired coagulation of relevant many laboratory examination. The causaI relationship between abnormal tests and bleeding in hepatic cirrhosis patients are poorly associated with bleeding. Recents evidence from many newest literature revealed the new paradigm that there were new abnormal cogulation balaneed in hepatic cirrhosis. There are open new directions for laboratory, and clinical research in th is field.
