Gangguan Mineral Tulang Pada Penyakit Ginjal Kronik
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is the one of major health problems in the world. Related to decreasing kidney function in CKD, the complications are emerged. One of complication is bone mineral disorders. Bone mineral disoders in chronic kidney disease are the broad clinical syndrome of diseases that manifestated by systemic bone mineral disoders due to chronic kidney disease. These syndrome were classified into turnover, mineralization, and volumes. The symptoms and signs were not specific. Bone biopsy should be done in specific indications. The aims of management of bone mineral disorder in chronic kidney disease are to stop progression of these syndroma and to make calcium and phosphor level in normal limit. Phosphorous diet restriction, phosphate binders, vitamin D therapy, calcimimetic agent, and paratiroidectomy are the options of management and should be individualized case by case.
