Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (Sirs)

Systemic injlammatory response syndrome (SIRS) is an injlamation condition affecting the whole body, and mostly is a response from body immunity system towards infection. The cause of SIRS categorized into 2 types : infectious and non-infectious. SIRS can also occur without the existence of infection focus. SIRS phenomenon is mostly leads to secondary MODS (multiple organ dysfunction syndrome). SIRS is related with injlammation response and its components. In the SIRS case, there 's cm in balance of pro-injlamation mediator and anti-inflammation. SIRS variable measured from temperature, heart rate, respiration, and white blood cell. SIRS treatment is directed to the root cause of the problem or physical causes. However, for emergency situation the treatment is given to overcome shock symptoms which leads to death. SIRS is a process to organ system failure, and therefore it is crucial to know that without a fast handling, SIRS can become a fatal emergency situation.
