Analisis Kadar Logam Berat Timbal (Pb) Pada Ikan Mas (Cyprinus Carpio) Yang Dibudidayakan Pada Keramba Jaring Apung Waduk Jatiluhur Jawa Barat (The Analysis of Pb Content in the Body of Golden Carp (Cyprinus carpio) cultured in the Floating Net-cage at Jatiluhur Reservoir, West Java)

Previous research at Reservoir Cirata reported a heavy metal contamination mainly by Cu and Pb in its water. Our research objective is to find out the Pb content in the body of the Golden carp (Cyprinus carpio) cultured at Reservoir Jatiluhur in the floating net-cage. Carp (Cyprinus carpio) were divided in 3 groups, small size 50-150 g BW; medium 150-250 g BW; and big size 250-350 g BW The assayed carp body were its meatlflesh and en trail part and the bone (consist of head, fins and tai/). The parts were crusted and dried. Furthermore their content assayed by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The data were analyzed by one way ANOVA. The association between meat and bone were analyzed by Ttests. The results were showed of the meet were F = 0.023 and bone F = 0.353. It showed that there were difference of Pb content in the various body weights. The conclusion is that there are difference in the Pb content in the meat and bone at the fishes.
