Indeks Glikemik Menu Makanan Rumah Sakit Dan Pengendalian Glukosa Darah Pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Rawat Inap Di Rsupsanglah Denpasar
Diabetes mellitus was a chronic disease caused by disturbances in the metabolism of carbohydrates,fats and proteins in the body werw charactaristed by high blood glucose level. The study conducted to know Glycemic Index of Hospital menu and blood glucosa control of diabetes melitus patients in RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. The study was observational descriptive with cross sectional study. Subject of the study were tipe 2 Diabetes Mellitus inpatient in RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. The sampling technique is determined by non random sampling method by which each patient’s DM consecutive technique inpatients who met the criteria were taken as subject, to obtain the required number of samples. ln this study, 43 samples were obtained that fulfille Collected data were subject identity, glycemic index of food, 2 jpp blood glucose. The study showed that 72,27% the meal had low glicemic index and 27,73 % had high glicemic index. lf glycemic index related by glycemic control, in the morning, a part of sampie consumption high GI it s 53.65% with good control blood glucose. ln the day and night a part of samples consumption medium, there were 15 samples (53.65%) and 25 samples (92.9%) with bad control blood glucose Results obtained Chi Square p> 0.05, it can be concluded there was no significant relationship between Glycemic index diet and hospital blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus.
