Breast cancer was commonly found in women in many countries. The crude incindence of breast cancer in Europe 109.8/100000 and the mortality rate around 28.4/100000. In lndonesia breast cancer is the most common cancer in women with the incidence 36.2/100000 and the mortality 18.6/100000. Early detection and adjuvant therapy has developed but the incidenee of relapse was still comm only found, in the Western country vary from 5%-30.%. Factors contribute to incidence of relapse were type of surgery, regionallymphe node involvement and subtype of breast cancer Diagnosis of relapse should be confirmed with imaging like MRI and PET-scan and pathology anatomy General treatment similar to primary tumour and specific treatment also consider subtype of breast cancer which include hormonal therapy anti HER-2, chemotherapy, new targeted therapy like lapatinib, and anti angiogenesis like bevacizumab and sunitinib.
