Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Lulusan Jurusan Kesehatan Gigi (JKG) Poltekkes Denpasar Di Bali Tahun 2008

The education on dental health is one jield of study as part of health education in Indonesia, which has existed since 1950 and was initially intended to overcome the limited number of doctors in delivering community s dental and oral health, especially in the remote areas. The department of Dental Health of Denpasar’s Health Polytechnique has had 201 graduates in six batches and so far there has no research which has been conducted with regard to the graduates'performances being employed by medical facilities. The objective of th is research is to identify the users’satisfaction level of the graduates of Denpasar s Health Polytechnique. This research is of descriptive type with Cross Sectional Study design, being conducted in all Puskesmas (Community Health Centers) and Regency’s hospitals in Bali during the month of March 2008, with the total population of 23 dentists as the direct supervisors of the dental nurses graduated from Denpasar’s Health Polytechnique. The finding of the research shows that the satidfaction level of the users of the graduates of Dental Health department of Denpasar’s Health Polytechnique in Bali in the year of 2008 is in the category of satisfactory.
