Pengaruh Pemberian Sari Tebu Terhadap Kadar Kolesterol Darah Pada Mencit
ThiS research is analytic study, the experimental design is the design Postes Only Control Group Design, which aims to: 1) measure cholesterol levels in mice before giving cane ftnce, 2) measure cholesterol levels in mice after the administration of sugar cane futce, 3) analyze the effect of provision of cane juice for cholesterol levels in mice. As the subjects in this study were rnice, which were divided into 2 groups, the control group and the treatment group, in which the determination of random groups. As an independent variable in this study is an extract of sugar cene, while the independent variable is the blood cholesterol levels of mice. Experiments conducted in the Laboratory of Pathology of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine University of Wijaya Kusuma, at JI. Hamlet: West Kupang XVI/1 Surabaya. The research was conducted in February-July 2012 and the inquest was held on 23-24 May 2012. The results found that there was the influence of sugar cane jutce on cholesterol levels in the blood ofmice.
