Problem of this research was high rate of leprosy incident in Puskesmas Jaddih, Bangkalan Regency. This research was analytic by cross sectional approach aimed to identify relationship between family role in providing support to take medication and oral medication taking compliance in leprosy patient in Puskesmas Jaddih, Bangkalan Regency. Population of research was all leprosy patients resided in work area of Puskesmas Jaddih, Bangkalan Regency on July 2012 with 20 persons of population target. While sampie of research used simple random sampling and based on the formula 19 persons were obtained as sampie. The data then was testea using Fisher Exact test with significance level 0 = 0.05.
Research result showed that there is relationship between family roles in providing support to take oral medication for leprosy patient in work area of Puskesmas Jaddih, Bangkalan Regency. Hence for people with one of their family member had leprosy it is expected to take a role in leprosy medication by providing support to take oral medication for leprosy patient.
