Faktor Yang Medukung Inisiasi Menyusui Dini Pada Ibu Post Partum Fisiologis

The purpose of this study was to identify factors that support the ear/y initiation of breastfeeding, among others, health officials, knowledge of the client, the role of the family and social culture. Study using descriptive explorative design. Population physiological post partum mothers in hospitals Mardi Waluyo Blitar City Quota sampling with sampling techniques, sampIe number 30 respondents. Instrument of data collection questionnaire was then tabulated and presented using pie charts and tables of distribution of frequencies.
The results obtained in the implementation of the IMD is the role of the family (80%) 24 respondents felt supported, while the knowledge of respondents (46.1%) 14 bresponden enough support, while that of the socio-cultural (66.1%), 20 responders and healthcare workers (60%) 18 less less support These results indicate that the role of the family is a major factor in support of the implementation of the IMD. The first implementation of the IMD 1 hour after birth only (16.3%) 5 respondents only. This need was there follow-up in an increase in the provision of IMD, by providing counseling since third trimester of pregnancy, about knowledge and how the provision of IMD in the mothers and especially the performanee of nursing staff in the practice of midwifery services by continuing to promote the implementation of the IMD.
