Pengaruh Kemampuan Dan Motivasi Kerja Perawat Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan

This research was analytic research with cross sectional design. Background of research was preliminary survey result showing that health care qualities in all Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Blitar City were not optimum. This research aimed to identify effect of ability and work motivation of nurse on health care quality in Puskesmas of Blitar City. Research population was nurses in all Puskesmas of Blitar City with population target of 58 nurses. Part of the population was selected as sampIe by random sampling technique. The collected data tnen was analyzed by statistic, using multiple regression correlation tests.
Research result showed that: 1) nurse ability had effect on health care service quality; 2) 'muse work motivation had significant effect on health care quality, 3) nurse ability and work motivation simultaneously had significant effect on health care quality.
