Government has tri ed to anticipate this matter with medicare existence lansia, one of them Posyandu Lansia, but utilization Posyandu by lansia at several regions belongs at work area puskesmas hajimena still very low (average 17,4%, this matter stills very far from standard minimal service puskesmas that is 70%.
This watchfulness aim is mengetahuinya factor th at utilization Posyandu Lansia at work area puskesmas hajimena. this watchfulness kind analytic with approaches "cross sectional". the population entire lansia existing amount of 2857 person bigly samples after counted 400 respondents and technics sampie stipulating according to "proportional random sampling". instrumen: th at used shaped sheet kuesioner and documentation study. analysis univariat accord ing to frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with test kai quadrate.
Watchfulness result is got erudition in category not good (78,8%, achievable cost (98, I %, long distance (65.9%, there operator support (89,7%) and there family support (56,6%). bivariate analysis is got result, there connection between erudition (p value 0,000, distances (p value 0,000) and family support (0,000) with utilization Posyandu Lansia. there is no connection between cost arid well-being operator support with utilization Posyandu Lansia. suggestion for well-being operator so that increase society erudition especially group lansia in pemanfataan Posyandu Lansia and use strategy "jemput bola" to society because distance between residence and posyandu bot all achievable.
