Technology That Is Used On The State Of Disaster Emergency. Indonesia is a region prone to natural disasters. This technology can be modified with three different filter media such as sand, zeolite and activated charcoal and carried out in three stages of filtration with sand filters called triple up flow models.Water treatment research with sand filter model of triple up flow required to obtain altemative water treatment technology that is used on the state of disaster emergency that is easy to operate and produce water that meets the quality requirements and is safe for public consumption is an experimental study with pretest-posttest study design without controls the sand filter flow model of triple up.
The results showed that the sand filter model of triple up flow can reduce levels of water hardness with 10.7% reduction efficiency., Lowering water turbidity reduction efficiency of 78.3%, lower dissolved solids in water with 19.5% reduction efficiency, lower pH with a 1.62% decrease in efficiency, lowering the efficiency of organic substances decreased 21.61 %, and lower coli form in the river with 83.99% efficiency, and fecal coli in river water. with an efficiency of 95.19% reduction. analysis of the data that will be used is the effectiveness of water quality improvement and the percentage of different test with t-test.
