Factor Analysisi Asi Eksklusif. Getting Mother's Milk Is Babies Rights. To Fulfill This Rights, The Output Indicators That Has To Be Achieved To Improve Nutritional Status Is 80% of Infants Aged 0-6 Months Exclusively Breastfed.
Exclusive Breastfeeding Coverage In Lampung Province Is 46.17%, Meanwhile In Tanggamus Only 18.33% And At Sumberejo 32.3%. These Points Are Still Below The Target. Many Factors Associated With Exclusive Breastfeeding. The Purpose of This Study Was To Determine The Factors Associated With Exclusive Brcastfeeding.This Study Used Cross¬Sectional Design With A Population of Families With Infants Aged 6-12 Months In Sumberejo. Total Respondents For This Study Are 101 Families With Infants 6-12 Months In Sumberejo District, Tanggamus. Data Collected Using Questionnaires And Interviews And Then Statistically Processed With Chi Square Analysis.
The Results Show That Babies Get Only 37.6% Exclusively Breastfed, With Most Mothers Do Not Work As Many As 79.2% And 100% Working Father, Mother's Knowledge About Exclusive Breastfeeding Is 92.1 % In Good Category And So Father's Knowledge Is About 71.3%, Meanwhile 30.7% Fathers Never Heard/Read Information About Exclusive Breastfeeding. Most of Information Source About Exclusive Breastfeeding For Mothers Is Midwives/Doctor (74.3%) And 46.5% For Fathers. Mother's Attitude Towards Breastfeeding With Good Category Is 52.5%, While Father's Is 47.5%. Father's Role In Exclusive Breastfeeding Is 59.4% In Good Category. Statistical Results Showed That There Was Signification Level Between Mother's Education, Father's Knowledge, Mother's Attitudes, Father's Attitude And Role With Exclusive Breastfeeding. There Was No Signification Between Mother's Occupations, Father's Education, And Mother's Knowledge With Exclusive Breastfeeding.
With Those Results, It Is Expected That Health Workers Will Improve Health Services To Community Include Counseling And Information Spread About Exclusive Breastfeeding And Early Breastfeeding Initiation To Father As A Target Group So They Know The Importancc And The Benefits Of Exclusive Breastfeeding For Infant And Can Perform The Imd Program For Their Baby For The Success of Exclusive Breastfeeding Program.
