Komponen Bioaktif Protein dan Lemak dalam Susu Kuda Liar (Protein and Fat Bioactive Components in Wild Horses Milk)

Since 1998, milk a wild horse has been sold in the public and become very popular as people belived it has some benefits to cure various diseases. As a result of this, the price of milk a wild horse become very expensive. Hence the this study was to identified the nutrient and protein bioactive component of milk a wild horse.
Analyses were performed on two types of milk horse wild , pure milk wild horse derived from Sumbawa and ready to drink milk wild horse which is in container and distributed in Bogor.This research was analysing of protein, fats, protein bioactive, fatty acid and amino acid content. The results of this study shows that pure milk wild horse has higher nutrient content compared to packaging / manufactured milk wild horse.Howewer, both pure and manufactured milk wild horse content of bioactive component with has low molecular weight proteins between 14400 kD - 21500 kD. This sugests the presence of antitrypsin and lysozyme compound. Horse milk also contains the results of this study 11 types of amino acids (essential and non essential) and 12 kinds of fatty acids (saturated and unsaturated).
