In general this research aimed to identify relationship between mucus suctionand oxygen saturation change in patient with endotracheal intubations in intensive care unit care unit. this research was analytic with cross sectional design where the population was all patient treated in intensive care unit of RS Mawardi surakarta and installed with endotracheal intubations while the sample was selected from the population by simple random samplind and 30 respondents were obtained. independent variable was mucus suction care while the dependent variable was oxygen saturation change. research result showed that there is significant relationship between mucus suction and oxygen saturation change in patient with endotracheal intubations in ICU of RSU Dr Mawardi surakarta.
