Analisis Interaksi NADH-ubiquinon oxidoreductase (complex I) dengan Kelompok Acetogenins pada Annona muricta
Acetogenins contained in annona muricata have potential as inhibitors of the enzyme NADH-ubiquinon oxidoreductase (complex I). in cancer, inhibiten of the enzyme NADH-ubiquinon oxidoreductase (complex I) can reduce the production of ATP as an energy source of cancer cells. this in silico molecular docking method was used, to study the interaction between the enzyme as a receptor and ligand with a group of acetogeneins as rotenon and piericidin A as a standard compound. the interaction energy of binding, affinity bindiing and hydrogen bonding on ligand enzyme complexes was studied. the results showed that there were four acetogenins compounds that have a binding energy, binding affinity and interaction better than the standard compound. thus, it can be concluded that the four compounds can be used as anticancer.
