Penilaian Pasien Jamkesmas {Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat) terhadap Pelayanan Rumah Sakit
Background: The hospital has been the most vital place in implementing of whole government health programs for the poor. It aimed at having a social function, moreover also having an effort to maintain its existence. A great number of problems in implementing may affect the hospital services to the community, thus has an impact on attain justice for the community in order to obtain decent health services. The objective of this research conducted to analyze the services provided by public hospitals in implementing Jamkesmas policies. Methods: The research method was a descriptive research with cross sectional data sampling on outpatients, inpatients of Jamkesmas participants at Bangka Belitung, Central Java, West Nusa Tenggara and Papua Province, conducted during 7 (seven) months. Results: The results in general that the assessment of services provided by hospital to patients of Jamkesmas inpatients and outpatients, including professionalism of staff, principal convenience, access to social supporting, treatment in care, preferensi in sufficient, otherwise in selecting the doctor to handle unsatisfactory. The provided recommendations can secure accessibility services to the poor in remote areas by managing particular health services. Flying doctor service, health centers and floating hospitals, as well as the other models of outreach services can be integrated services model to secure the better health access for the poor.
