Analisis Uji Kepatuhan (Compliance Test) Pesawat Sinar-X Merk Siemens Luminous RF Classic di Instalasi Radiologi RSI Sultan Agung Semarang
X-ray equipment of the Siemens Luminous RF classic system performances, installed in 2009 at Radiology section of Sultan Agung general hospital, has not been undergone a periodic Compliance or regualr Quality Control test. A crucial problem would be coming up with National equipment legislation in the early 2012 if the radiology management does not follow required formal regulation about compliance test. In the reseach, survey was one of the methods for data collecting, Physical measurements of QC tests onto the eight equiment’sparameters: collimator and beam alignments, tube housing leakage; kVp and exposure timer accuracies; radiation output, reproducibility of x-ray, and x-ray quality (HVL) were performed then a formal verification, considering of the compliance limit of standard protocol from SA:1975, 2000 was eventually conducted with care. Purpusive sampling, technic was employed more than 3 samples of each physical equipment’s parameter were measured with the QC test tools. Univariat descriptive statistics was used when analysing the collected data. The complianced or noncomplianced state about the parameters was difined by means of data comparison, regarding of the referenced protocol. The results shown that the eight physical equipment performaces (collimator and beam alignment: X(0,63 cm); Y (0,83 cm)≤5,5%; timer accuracy;±1%
