Diuretic Activity Test of Various Doses Formula KKKS Extract Mixture in Male Mice

The research of natural product have been done contionally, but just a few products for application in formal health facility. Extended research will become an information resources of using herbal for reducing illness by evidence base (Evidance Base Medicine). In this research has examination diuretic effect from mixing extract in capsule which contain Curcuma domesticae rhizoma. Murraya penicullatae Folium. Acalypha indicae Herba and Peperomia pellucidae Hherba (Jamu KKS), The Jamu KKKS clains can enhance exretion uric acid through kidney, the exretion will enhance by enhancement dieresis. Acalypha indicae herba and Peperomia pelucidae herba in single product has show decrease uric acid through increase urine (Nelly 2006). Utilize hidrochlorotiazid (HCT) a medium diuretic as a standard comparison in this experiment. The results show that diuretic force in sequence HCT (140,3%), dosis 3 (118,2%), dosis 1 (III,8%), normal (101,8%) and dosis 2(97,8%), while diuric onset sequencely is HCT (36 minutes), dosis 1 and 3 (44 miutes), normal (52 minutes) dan dosis 2 (53 minutes).
