The Effect of True AP and Exorotation-15 drajat Position Object to Knee-MRI Imaging

TI-weighted image sequences Spin Echo is the standard used on Knee MRI examination to determine the anatomy of the Knee. Differences inspection position can produce a difference image. The purpose of this research is to know the difference between the position information gererated Eksorotasi True AP and 15⁰, The design of research is experimental method. Data retrieved from Knee MRI examination performed on ten samples with change the position of knee-True AP and Eksorotasi 15⁰. AP True Image position and Eksorotasi 15⁰ compared. In addition, compared with clarity also ACL, PCL, and meniscus in the opinion of the rediologist through the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using T. Est. The results showed no significant difference between the image information generated in the position of True AP and Eksorotasi 15⁰, while the meniscus is better clarity on the position of True AP.
