Prepontine retroclival tumors have typically removed through a variety of innovative cranial base approaches. Its location traditionally require extensive cranial base removal, neurovascular manipulation or even severe brain retraction. Removing extra-axial tumor such as meningioma be tailoerd to tumor location, minimize brain retraction and avoid neurovascular manipulation to reduce the complication.
