Upaya Pengembangan Mutu Pendidikan Poltekkes Denpasar Berdasarkan Kepuasan Pengguna Lulusan
Currently there are nine school of health that become a computitor of Polytechnic of Health Denpasar, in order to win the competition, then the Polytechnic of Health Denpasar manager should be able to recognize the interests of the graduates users. Graduates users who are satisfied with the service graduates are expected to become a loyal customer and wounld ultimately prefer to chose the graduates of Polytechnic of Health Denpasar as employees. The aims of this research are to answer the question what factors influence the satisfaction of the users and what their expectations. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. By asking to the officers of health districts, goverment and private hospitals, health service centers and dental polyclinics. The result of this research is knowing the things that make the users of graduates satisfied with their staff are physical opperance, neatness,and skills of its graduates. While the things that make them unsatisfied are graduates still lack awereness of assessed eleanilness, friendliness, confidence, ability to speak applied English, the effectiveness of communication, and their habits to postpone the work. The efforts to improve the quality of education that needs to be developed is the ability to be able to increase the sensitivity of students in social interaction, leadership, identify problems, find alternative solutions to problems, and make decisons. The advice can be given is for educational programs not only emphasizes the incease of knowlege, and skills only. But also the need to balance it with a good attitude, making lifelong learners, and easy to interact socially.
