Hubungan dari Tes Skor Masuk, Fasilitas Sekolah dan Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Prestasi Belajar dari Mahasiswa Diploma III Kebidanan Polekes Denpasar
This study is aimed at the relationship of test scores, school infrastructure, learning motivation of students learning achievevement of students of the Midwifery Program at Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Denpasar. Ministry of Health Denpasar. The population of this study are all fourth semester students numbering 78 people. The sampling technique used was non probability purposive, who meet the inclusion so the sample is 64 people. The instruments used are 1) questionnaire of school infrastructure, 2) learning motivation questionaire, 3) recording of the adminission test scores documents. The data analysis techniques used are simple regression, simple correlation, multiple regression, multiple correlation. The analysis finds that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between adminission test scores and the learning achievement signed by the regression wquation y=0.837 + 0.055 XI, with a direct contribution to the effective contribution of 90.3% and the effective contribution 27.3&, 2) there are positive and significant relationship between school infrastrusture with the learning achievement, with regression equation Y=17.809 + 1.807 x 2 with the directcontribution of 74.6% and the effective contribution of 23%, 3) there is a positive and siginificant relatinship between students learning motivation with their llearning achievement, with regression equation Y=30.376 + 0.951 x3, with a direct contribution and effective contribution of 84.1% and 41.8% and 41.8%. 4) there was a pesitive and significant relationship between between admission test scores, school infrastructure and facilities, and learning motivation with the learning academic achievements with regression equation y= 1.23+0.55 X1+1.087x2+0.951 x3 with effective contribution together is 91.2%. The conclusion is that good achievements in the students learning should be supported by the good quality of the raw imput adequate school facility and infrastructure and the students hight learning motivation. Suggestions 1) The Directors Polytechnic should involve staffs that have direct connection in the teching process in the supplying of the students practice tools and materials, 2) The techturers should optimize the utilization of the available facilities and infrastructures in managing teching to encourage students learning motivation
