Observasi Angka Kuman Usap Alat Makan di Panti Asuhan Tat Twam Asi Renon Denpasar
Cotaminated food can faction as a deseases transmited media, it is called with “Food Borne Disease”. To defect contaminated food be done on taking a meal equip like (plate and drinking) nex they are investigeted in laboratory. This reaearch is to analyse the condition of meal equipments (plate and drinking glass) that useby orphans children at orphan institution Tat Twam Asi Renon Denpasar. Research method is descriptive that is only to describe the result research, and this results are compered with operational standar population are 45 plate and to drinking glasses. Plate sample are taken 15 by quota random sampling and for the drinking glassesare taken all (population). The result of investigation for 15 plate first stap showed 3 (20%) plate microbe rates are fulfilled as minimal standard the is allowed and 12 (80%) plate. Its microbe rates are not fulfiled as minimal standard. For the second stap showed that 4 (26%) plates. Its microbe rates is fulfilled a minimal standar. The investigations fro 10 drinking glasses for the first stap showed 3 (30%) drinking glasses, its microbe rates are fulfilled a minimal stnadar that is allowed and 7(70% drinking glasses its microbe rates are not fulfilled a minimal standard. To the second stap showed that 4 (40%) drinking glases its microbe rate fulfilled as a minimal standard and 6(60%) drinking glasses are not are not fulfilled a minimal standard. From the result study obove can be concluced that microbe level rate for plates and drinkingglasses at orphan institution Tat Twan Asi is not fulfilled health minimal standar that applied that is 100 organism/cm2. So to exel this problem needed to develop continously because to change the behaviour is very difficult and needed longterm time.
