Optimasi Penggunaan Spray Dried Lactose dan Avicel PH 102 Sebagai Iller Binders Tablet Aspirin
Aspirin is a medicine substance that can made by direct compression, because the characteristic is not good for warmth and ahve a good for warmth and have a good fluidity. This resarch aimed to know the indluence of used filler- binders Spray Dried Lactose and Avicel PH 102 for physical characteristic of Aspirin tablet and combination of both can result the tablet’s optimum physical characteristic. The reason of used Spray Dried Lactose and Avicel PH 102 are physical characteristic. The reason of used Spay Died Lactose and Avicel PH 102 are because both of that substance have a good fluidity and compressibility and combination of both aiming to reduce formulation cost. Aspirin tablets made by direct compression method, consists of three formulas that varied on the use of filler-binders. Formula 1 use 100% Spray Dried Lactose, formula II using 100% Avicel PH 102 and formula III using a combination of 50% Spray Dried Lactose and 50% Avicel PH 102. The parameters used are physical characteristic that include fluidity, hardness, friability and distegration time. The results of these research show that the use of Spray Dried Lactose and Avicel PH 102 as filler-binders on Aspirin tablets provide a positive influenceto the fluidity of granules, the uniformity of tablet for the friability and disintegration time needs to be refined again on the formulation. Based on the simplex lattice design analysis method can be obtained optimum area from the parameters on physical characteristic of Aspirin tablets.
