Ibuprofen is monsteroid anti-inflamatory drug that usually used for decrease pain. Action this medicine is blocking synthesis of prostaglandine. Prostaglandine is needed follicle rupute resulted is ovaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ibuprofen to decrease the number of corpus luteum in the ovaries of mice. The research is an experiment that uses the design oof pre test posttest controlgroup design. The sample consisted of 56 adult female mice with body weight 25-28 grams were used as two groups, control and treatment groups. The control group received placebo aqudes and treatment group given ibuprofen 0,005 mg per g of body weight 2 times daily for 30 days. Observation of the total corpus leteum pormed before treatment, day 10 day, day 20, day-to-30 both in the control group and treatment.
