Kontribusi Mi Instan terhadap Kebutuhan Energi dan Protein Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri No 12 Kesman Denpasar Timur
School age children are next generation. The most often food that are consumed are instant noodle. Purpose of the research is to determine consumtion pattern and nutrient contribution of instant noodles are consumed by children of 12 Elementary school Kesiman school Kesiman Denpasar. The result showed that types of instant noodies is 88.68%. The number of respondents who are often eating instant noodle are 96.22%. The number of respondents who are not adding vegetables and meat are 24, 52%. Energy contribution of instant nooodle for daily nutrional needs is 20,78% and protein conttribution is 27,49%. Improving the quality of human resources can be reached by changing consumption pattern to be better. Eating variety food is essential to reach and maintain optimal nutritional status. It is better if consumtion of instant noodies should add vegetables and meat
