Pain is the most common reason for medical consutation in the United states. Pain is a major symptom in may medical conditions, and can significantly interfere witha person’s quality of life and generral functioning. One of the very impleasant paint is toothache. Conventional treatment for toothoche are improving oral hygiene, prescribing analgestics, anti-inflamatory, and also antibiotics if there are infection even extractions are performed if neccessary. Another way to conventional approaches, patients may consider acupuncture method. Acupunture involves the insertion of needles with the width of human hair along the prectise points throughout the body. This process triggers body’s energy normal flow through extra anatomy pathway colled meridian. Purpose: This case reporrtis aimed to emphasize the existence of teeth organ relationships through communication chachannels qutside the lines of communication that has been in anatomy. Case: Two patients with toothche complaints in the lower right molars came to an acupuncturst who was a meical puncture analgesia with different acupunture paints that were custamized to the effected tooth case lwith the large intestine-4 (Li-4) which located in the hand and case 2 with blander-25 (Bt-25) which located in the back of the body Ninety percent of pain was relieve in 40 second. Conclusion: Pain in toothache can be relived using acupunture analgesia technique using merian as an extra anatomy pathway. Novertheless, treating the source of pain by dental practitioner is mandatory.
