Prenatal androgen plays an important role in depelovement of anxiety. Measuremen of prenatal androgen level directly is not possible for the research. Therefore, the alternative method was developed for predicting prenatal androgen level by determining the second to fourth digit ratio (21):41). The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation of the second finger to fourth digit (21): 41) with level of anxiety in medical student of Jenderal Soedirman University. We used an observational method and cross sectional design. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling and got sixty-eight samples. The p-value of Spearman correlation test was 0.483 and showed that there was no significant correlation of the second to fourth digith ratio (21);(41) with the level of anxiety in medical student of Jenderal Soedirman University
