Strees pada Ibu yang Melakukan VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean)
Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC) is a vaginal birth method with previous caesarean (VBAC) is a vainal birth method with previous caesarean section history. VBAC can cause stress and anxiety for mothers especially for those who experience vaginal birth for mothers especially for those who experience vaginal birth for the first time. The aim of this research was to identify stress in mothers who success VBAC in Jakarta. This research used qualitative reserch design. Participants who involved in this study were 8 people. Sampling procedure used purpose sampling. The data was collected by interview, participant observation, documentation study and literature review. Data analysis was done with thematic analysis steps from Speziale and Carpenter (2003). Seven themes were identified in this study : antixiety an possibility repture of the previous section wound, anxiety on failure for VBAC related to high cost of SC, anxiety in mother and baby’s safety, physical stress, psychological stress, and factors influence stress on VBAC. This result of this research imply to the development of science, health service, education and nursing research. Based on the findings, recommendation in this research are for the making of hospital policy about, health and nursing care and the continuing study about stress on VBAC
