Pengalaman Ibu yang Dilakukan Metode Hypnobirting Saat Persalinan di Kota Malang Jawa Timur

Staphylococcus aureas is a normal flora in human and has been potential agent for apportunistic pathogens and has been know to have drug resistance in Methicilin, called Methicilin, Resistant Staphyloccus Aureus (MRSA). This bacterium is a major cause of nosocomial infections worldwide. This study aimed to draw proparation number of health care workers in hospitals at Banyumas who hold MRSA that could be an infection sourse. Research materials were taken from nasal swabs of surgical ward and the ICU nurses at the Government Hospital and Private Hospitals, respectively, with a taotal sample were 55 subjects. Sensitivity test for antibiotic were disc fiffusion using Sefoksitin. The result showed that the incidence of MRSA in the goverment Hospital and Private Hospital were 14% and 25% respectively. The study concluded that there was difference proportion of career of MRSA in health office between Goverment Hospital and Private Hospital in the district of Banyumas
