Stehoscope is one of the source of nosocomial infection spread caused by Staphylococcus aureus. The spread and appeurence of this bacteria is a challenge of infection prevention and control at hospital and other health facilities. This study was to know the prevelence stage of vancomycine Resistance Staphylococcus Aureus (VRSA) in Flamboyan Unit of Mrgono Soekarjo Hospital. This study was used descriptive metode. The sample taken from 8 stethoscopes from Falmboyan Unit. The sensitivity testing to vancomycine was done in Microbiology Laboratory of FKIK Unsoed Purwokerto. Based on this study, the prevelence stage VRSA in Flamboyan Unit was 12.5%.
