Fiber optic bronchoscopy (BSO) is comprised of thusands of optical fibers with a diameter of less than 10 um solid fibersglass wrapped flexible, there is a set ofojective lens on the eyepiece at the dsital and proximal end. The lens will give a clear picture of the endo tracheal lumen, depending on the case and the operator the insertion of BSO may be nasal or oral BSO on the respiratpry tract is used for diagnostic measures, therapy, or therapy and diagnostic, as needed and the case at hand. Action procedures performed by general anesthesia in children and uncooperative patients, or local anesthesia in patients who can work together . Observations of possible complications after the action, minimal two hours after complection inspection
