The Factors Associated With The Use Of PPE. In The Laboratory Service Unit. Occupational disease and work accidents among health workers non-healthcaused by several factors besides lack of awarenes of workers, quality and inadequate worker skills and the many workers who underestimate the risks of work, so do not use safety equiplent when they are work. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is tool that has the ability to protect a person in a body of working function is to isolate workers from hazards in the workplace. The purpose of this study was to know the description and the factors associated with the use of PPE in the laboratory service in Bandar Lampung.Research with crosssectional method the data obtained were analyzed by univariate,bivariate and multivariate to se the most dominant factor affecting the behavior and the use of PPE. The results showed 66.3% workers wear PPE when working. From the results of biaviriate analysis found a association between agency work, motivation, attitude, behavior analysis found a assiation between agency work, motivation, attitude, behavior and the means with the use of PPE. The ingredient are free of the dominant variables effecting the behavior and the use of PPE with OR=10.622
