Dterninants of IUD Contraceptive Use in Sidomulyo. The problem in this study is the low coverage of contraception IUD (8.5) and the unknown determinants of IUD contraceptive use in Sidomulyo in 2011 in 2011. The purpose of this study are known determinants of IUD Contraceptive use (age, parity, spasing education, employment, economic, and rumors of husband’s support), the family planning acceptors. This study is an analytic research approach to Case Control, conducted in July –August 2011, the total population is 81513 acceptors, while being taken into a samples of 402 acceptors numbered cases and 2001 controls acceptors numbered cases and 201 controls acceptors Using purposive sampling techniques Sampling and data collection tool is a questionnaire with interview techniques. Analysis of the data used is univariate, bivariate statistics by using the Chi square test, and multivariate logistic regression model. The study concludes with the 402 respondents, of the eight variables in meticulous in getting the results: age (pvalue=0.819), parity (p value =0.000), spasing (p value=0.000), education p (value -0.0360), employment (pvalue = 0.000), economic (p value = 0.0299), support the husband (p value =0.000), and rumor (p value = 0.000), The most dominant variable is the support of her husband with the results of the multivariate p value = 0.000 with OR = 71.115.
