Relationship Between Faculty Performance Based on the Perceptions of Students With A GPA of Students. Universities should also be managed professional by applying the the basic principles of the organization so that optimal performance is increasingly the targets that have been determined can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Teaching and learning process is an important activity in the administration of the insitution folllowing the teachig learningprocess which was held on each of the courses taken. So far the evaluation of a real impact on teaching and learning process is only based on information provided to the appearance of students especially when the lectures teaching the class, and even then not all majors and study programs execute on a regular basis. This was felt not enough to serve as the material decision-making process of learning, but need to be checked by cross (cross checking), especially in the final valu of students they teach. This study aims to determine the relationship poltekes Kemenkes students, if associated with a quality score of graduation rate of students (Grade Semester). The hypothesis in this study was to declare there is a relationship between faculty performance based on the perception of students with a GPA of students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive study with sectional approach. The experiment was conducted in November 2010 to December 2010 across departments in PoltekesKemenkes Tanjungkarang sample number as many as 298 students a proportional stratified random sampling value α =0.05. The results of data analysis using Chi Square analysis, the results obtained: p value = 0.13 value of Therefore it can be concluded from these results that there is no significance relationship between the performance of student teachers with the index interpretation
