Prevalence Abortus of Pregnant Women. Abortion figures in the world is 50 milion of 182-200 million pregnancies, in Indonesia about 2%-2.5% or 2.3 million pregnant women have abortion each year (Widiyastuti et al, 2009; 54). Prevalence of abortion in Lampung province year 2009 amounted to 11. 68% from 19711 pregnant women Incidence of Abortion in the Districtof Central Lampung can not be knowm with certainty because the reporting was incorporated in the pWS-MCH. Abortion caused by various factors (Rustam, 1998). The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with abortion in the region work as the Raman health center in 2009. This study uses secsional design. The population was all pregnant women in the region of the Raman-which totaled 605 by the number of sample size of 234. Samples were taken with Systematic random sampling technique. Data were collected using a cecklist sheet, and then analyzed with univariate percentages with chi-square. The study found the proportion of pregnant women who experienced abortion (26.2%), age of pregnant women at risk (30.3%), parity pregnant women at risk (59%) history of previous pregnancy at risk (14.96%).
