The Determinant Factors assosiated with the Documenting Of Nursing Care Documentation of Nursing care plays an important role in proving the application of standards ofdocumentation of nursing care are factors that the education, experience and motivation of nurses Belfast City until the year 2009 has eight impatient health center. Canging the form of helth center services to transform the health center impatient care services are provided Preliminary survey of there health centers 66% complete assessment, diagnosis is not complete 66%, 77% of intervention have not been registered,recorded 100% implementation, 88% of the evaluation has not been recorded. The goal of research to determine the factors (education, experienece, motivation) associated with the documentation of nursing care in health centers Inpatient Bandar Lampung year 2009. Analytical study design with Sectional approach Entire study population of existing nurses at eight health center inpatien city of Bandar Lampung in a number of 68 people. Test used in this study were Chi-square. The results of research of statistical tests, p value 0.75 which means there is no significant relationship between the documentation of nursing care to education. There is a significant with the documentation of nursing care work α p value 0.022
