The detarminan Factors of Job Satisfaction pf Nurse. Phenomenon in hospitals,Pringsewu, job satisfaction and performance nurses decrease, which resulted in program that are not implemented as expected. The results of a premilinary usrvey of 15 hospitals the nurses roomptimgsewu children, suggesting that the low interest in documenting nursing care (40.00%). The purpose of this study was to determine factors of job statisfaction Pringsewu nurses in hospital year 2010. This type of analytical Cross Sectional survey research. The study population was all nurses cicvil servant Pringsewu Hospital Inpatient room as many as 66 people Total study sample population. Questionnaire reserach intruments. Data analysis used Chi-square and logistic regression. The study found no relationsip between age, sex, length of employment, level of education, vision and mission with job satisfaction, with a p—value (0.010) (0.010), (0.001). The most dominant factor is the vision and mission of P. 0.014 with Exp-B. 0193. Based on research suggested to the hospital mnagement needs and promotes the vision and mission hospital to all employees, in order to achieve the desired expectations
