There are various methods of anthropometric measurements of body that can be used as skreening obesity. One is the measurement of neck circumference, and waist circumference. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship neck and Waist Circumference with Hypertension in the polyclinic Hospital Medicine HM Ryacudu Kotabumi North Lampung. The study design was used descriptive cross-sectional correlation approchel. The population in this were all patients with hypertension who have disease in the RSU HM in polycudu Kotabumi during the month of April 2010. The samples taken at random sampling and amounted to 98 respondents. Data analysis used sample limear regression test. The results of statistical tests neckline with systolic pressure found a strong relationship (r=0.531) and p=0.000, with Pressure Diastole neck circumference showed a strong relationship (r==0.669) and p=0.000 and waist circumference with systolic pressure showed a very robust/perfect (r=0.705) and P=0.000, waist circumiference with a diastolic pressure also showed a strong relationship (r=0.617) and p=0.000 and are all possitive patterned means the higher the size of the neck and waist circumference, the higher the systolic pressure and diastol.
