Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Keluarga Pasien tentang Makanan yang Sehat Bagi Pasien Gagal Jantung dengan Asupan Makanan Pasien.
The Relationship Level of Knowledge About the Patient’s Family a Healthy Diet for Hear Failure Patients with Heart Patien’s Food Intake. Heart failure is a condition where the amount of blood pumped by the heart each minute is not able to meet the needs of the body’s normal metabolism. This study aims to determine the relationship level of knowledge about the patient’s family a healthy diet for failure patients with heart failurre patient’s food intake is an analytical research study by using a “cross sectional”. The study was conducted in January-February 2011. The study population was all patients who visted the cline of Heart Dr. Hi. Abdul Moeloek Hospital in Lampung, with the number of samples as many as 43 people and sampling techniques in a way accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used is the univeriate and bivariate analysis with the persentation of results using a frequency distribution. Based on the test of Fisher’s. Found no association between knowledge of a family with energy intake of patients (p value 0451), with protein intake (p value 0162), with fat intake (p value 0248), with the intake of cholesterol (p value 0698), with salt intake (p value 1,000), there is no relationship between knowledge with fiber intake (p value 0409). The results overviev lnowledge of heart failure patients families about healthy foods for people with heart failure in the category of either 23.2%, just 53.6%, 23.2% and less. From the results of this study are expected to Hospital Dr. Hi. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province carry out health education activities particularly nutrition for families and patients in order to increase knowledge of healthy foods for people with heart failure, and need to do further research on the factors that influence food intake of patients with heart failure.
