Faktor Which Related With Result Accuracy of Under Five Year Old Children weight by Posyandu. Low weight accurancy can cause identify mal nutrition carlier Can’t run well. The purpose of this research is to know factors which related with result accuracy of under-five years old children weight by posyandu cade in public health contre Panjang District Bandar Lampungyear 2011. Cross sectional used for research design. Measurements carried out on cadre who carry out the weighing of each Posyandu in Public Health Centre Panjang District. The total number of Poyandu in Panjang District is 30 beside Dacin Taimbang was used for weighing, we used kuesioner to collect data. Data analyzed used Chi-Square. Of the 30 cadrs who were measured, 21 people (70%) of them are known to have less accuracy in weighing of underfive years old children. Note also that the weighting factor of the implementation Procedures (p= 0.120) and factor level of knowledge (p=0.044) were significantly associated with the accuacy of the results of child’s weight by the cadres, While the factor of education (p=0.316), work (p=0.980). Training (p=0.100), and the role of Health Personnel (p=0.321) is know to be significantly associated. It is suggested that is necessary to improve knowledge that is necessary to improve knwledge about the child’s weight Posyandu cadres through training and guidance of health workers, as well as periodic calibration needs to be done on the scales used by the cadre
