Jus Apel Manalagi dan Profil Kolesterol Darah

The purpose of this research is to know whether the giving of Manalagi apple juice decreasing total cholesterol level and LDI and increasing the level of HDL in white rat blood plasma given high fat diet. This research was experimental laboratory research with research design separate sample pretest-postest control group design; the research sample was white rate (ratus noregicus). The rat was taken randomly from the breeding unit of pharmacy laboratory UNAIR as many as 32, and the sample was divided into four groups. It can be concluded that Manalagi apple juice tend to decrease the total cholesterol level (p=0,222) and it is proved to derease LDL cholesterol (p=0,010), however it is not proved to ralse the HDL cholesterol (p=0.108)
