Asupan Lemak Trans terhadap Ratio LDL/HDL pada Orang Dewasa
This research aims to study the food intake of trans fats with HDL and LDL levels with the specifics purpose is to study the intake of trans fats, determine levels of LDL, HDL blood and learn determine trans fats intake with ratio LDL/HDL levels. Observasional research methods with
crossectional approach and descriptive exploratory. Study subjects were 20 person civil servants aged 40 years. Research variable are trans fats intake and the ratio of LDL/HDL. Data processing be descriptive. Results suggest that trans fat intake of female respondents is higher > 4 g/day than male respondents. LDL and HDL blood levels female respondents is higher than men with ratio of LDL/HDL above 4.Conclusion in this study is trans fats intake that consumed by respondents increased blood levels of LDL and HDL levels did not affect HDL blood levels.
