Derajat Ruptura Perineum pada Ibu Bersalin dengan Posisi Duduk di Kabupaten Malang

Abstract:
The research of perineum rupture degree on parturition with sitting position, have a goal to observe and know wether the sitting position would help the mentioned mother to minimalized the
perineum rupture. The method of this research is Descriptive research. Respondens of the research are mothers giving birth normally primi gravida in Private Midwife Practice in Pakis district. The result of
the research show that most of the responden 16 (50 %) experiencing a first degree of rupture, while the second degree rupture are 7 occurence (21,88%) and the rest 9 (28,12%) didn’t experience any rupture.
The examination of the newborn is 32 (100%) good, the baby cried immediately and 32 (100%) responden didn’t experienced any prolonged stage two, while the weight of each 32 (100%) babies is in the range
of 2500–4000 grams. Descriptively, it could be concluded that the sitting position could help reducing the degree of perineum rupture, only the second degree rupture would be needing a perineum stick
