Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) dan Penurunan Tinggi Fundus Uteri pada Ibu Post Partum

Abstract:
The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the time of Suckling EarlyInitiation with decreased the Height of Fundus Uteri on the postpartum mother at Midwife. Design that used a type of observational analytic study is to do on mother’s observations applies the Suckling Early Initiation with the decreased process of the Height of Fundus Uteri. Large population of 60 with the number of samples was 30 mothers post partum, the sample collection technique that is accidental
sampling, data
analysis using the spearman rank test correlates with the level of significance of 0.05. The
results obtained spearman rank test correlates from these initiation with the decreased process of Height
of Fundus Uteri on the post partum mother. Mother who was the time of Suckling Early Initiation rapidly,decreasing of the Height of Fundus Uteri faster and better the uterus contraction. So it is recommended
that birth mothers to Suckling Early Initiation
