Peranan Sosialisasi Cara Menbuang Sampah dengan Perilaku Membuang Sampah pada Anak-Anak SD Negeri di Kota Denpasar

Trash needs to be handled correctly and sorted at the source. The bahaviours should be started from an early age, and the most appropriate age is elementary school age. However, it is difficult to implement the habit, because it has not been sociaalized. The purposes of the study are to investiagte the behavior of student in taking out the garbage before and after giving socialization, and to determine their relationhip. This was an experimental study with the study design the pretest-posttestcontrol group design. The samples of the study were 14 elementary school students and elementary students Denpasar Affairs 9 as a control. Data was analyzed using Mc Nemar statistical tests. The study showed that before giving socialization, how to dispose of garbage in both SD is not correct. This was correct after implementing socialization. The study found there was a significant role of socialitation in the behavior of waste handled in SD 14 Setetan Denpasar. It is suggested that the socialization of taking out the transh at the elementary school should be continously carried out.
