One nethod to reduce labour poin in many countries is transcutanoes electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). This study aimed to determine the effect hipoalgesic of TENS on the portu-rienf first stage. The design usedwas pre-experimental stu, one group pretest and post test, an 10 parturient in first stage at BPS Sukemi, BPS Susi Herawati, BPS Yayuk Broto Malang, as selected by purposive sampling, Measurement of wariables using analogue scale (VAS). The result of Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test showed that differences in pain before and after used TENS. Conclusion of this study that an effective reduction of labor pain after electrial stimuli TENS.
