Pengaruh Tween 80 dan Dimetilsulfoksida terhadap penetrasi Gel Natrium DIKL ofenak Mengunakan Spektrofotometer UV-VIS (The Effect of Twen-80 and Dimethylsuphoxide on the Penetration of Sodium Dilophenac in Gel)

This research is aimed at testing of Tween-80 and DMSO in of Sodium Diciphenac, to increase the penetration of the active ingeredient. The lest of active ingredent was determined by Franz cell diffusion of vertical type by using rat skin and NaCI 0,9% as the recelving solution. The content of penetraining active ingredient was determined by UV-Visible spectrophotometry. The rresults showed the penetration profile of the active ingredientry by Tween-80 and DMSO, tolowed the nul orde of kinetics on the concentration at 90 minutes by tween-80 at the concentration 1%,9%,10%, sequently 9,086%, 10,035%, 12,897%, by DMSO at concentration 2%,5%,10 sequently 8,331%, 12,440% and 10,197%. Statistical analysis results showed that the results by Twen-80 was not significantly defferent by DMSO of α=0,05 of the Tween-80 and of DMSO there was also not significant as the penetation enhancer
